DELIVERY INFORMATION
FREE MAINLAND UK DELIVERY*
We aim to dispatch all orders in 2 working days - Our standard delivery schedule this allows for picking, packing and processing of your order. Your items will be dispatched using a first class Royal Mail** or courier delivery.
*Delivery to Highlands, Islands & Offshore UK postcodes (see list below) attract an additional £8.50 surcharge.
**Subject to Royal Mail weight and size restrictions.
We despatch to the UK and some European countries.
Deliveries to Europe will incur higher charges depending on the weight and value of the items ordered. You will be contacted if there is additional postage to pay.
Most deliveries require a signature.
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be canceled at any time. In the event of any goods being damaged in transit, short shipments or failing to match the items as described, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. Should we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. The Wolf Garten Shop cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the our appointed carrier(s).
